Open Crown Proposals (OCPs)

OCPs are the primary mechanism for proposing changes to the Open Crown Standard, collecting community input, and documenting design decisions.

OCP Types

Submitting an OCP

  1. Discuss first - Open an Issue on the oc-standard repository to discuss your idea
  2. Write your OCP - Use the OCP template as a starting point
  3. Submit a Merge Request - Create an MR adding your OCP to the ocps/ directory
  4. Review period - Community reviews for minimum 14 days
  5. Decision - Multisig accepts or rejects the OCP
